DirectPath Recruitment is seeking experienced Project Managers for a leading Irish Civil Engineering Contractor delivering major Energy, Transport, Water and Wastewater projects across Leinster, Connacht and Munster.

These positions combine a highly competitive gross base salary with a substantial employer-funded benefits package, significantly increasing the overall financial value of the role.

PACKAGE HIGHLIGHTS

✓ Gross Base Salary: €90,000 – €105,000 DOE

ESTIMATED PACKAGE VALUE

At the upper end of the salary range, the combination of gross base salary, potential performance-related bonus, employer pension contribution and the estimated gross income replacement value of the company-funded vehicle, fuel and tolls can produce an overall package value of approximately €140,000+ per annum.

The package value is intended to illustrate the potential overall financial value of the employment package rather than represent a guaranteed gross salary. Base salary is dependent on experience. Performance bonuses are discretionary and subject to individual, project and company performance. The actual personal value of employer-provided benefits will vary depending on individual circumstances and usage.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Project Manager will take responsibility for the successful delivery of major civil engineering and infrastructure projects from planning through execution and completion.

You will lead multidisciplinary project teams, manage subcontractors and suppliers, coordinate with clients and consultants, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme, quality and commercial objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of major civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

• Manage Site Agents, Engineers, subcontractors and wider project teams.

• Monitor programme, cost, quality, safety and project performance.

• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, designers and commercial teams.

• Manage procurement, subcontractor coordination and project resources.

• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with company health, safety, environmental and quality standards.

• Track project progress against agreed programme milestones and commercial objectives.

• Prepare and contribute to project reporting, progress meetings and performance reviews.

• Support the development and performance of site-based project teams.
